Port to Pub were delighted to recently attend the Royal Lifesaving Bravery Awards, where David Hobbs, Taryn De Lestang, and Simon De Lestang were nominated for their amazing bravery and quick action in rescuing a solo swimmer during the 2023 Port to Pub. Their courage and actions saved the swimmer’s life, and they were awarded a Gold Medallion. We are so proud of them!

We want to take this moment to recognise the hard work and dedication of all our Port to Pub Officials and Event Rescue teams that keep our swimmers safe.
