Briefings outline key information for race day, including registration, race rules, skipper and paddler requirements, reports about the course, wave start times, cut-off times, first aid and important emergency information.
Swimmers will also collect their race packs, meet other swimmers, have a chance to talk about the event, and ask questions to organisers in person.
