Duos and teams are eligible to take part in the K&L Gates Corporate Cup. This award goes to the duo/team representing a corporation that finishes in the fastest time. To qualify for the Corporate Cup, just one person of the duo/team needs to be an employee of the represented company. The winners are recognised with a trophy, professionally framed photo, and $500 prize. In order for your corporation to be considered for the K&L Gates Corporate Cup, just check the K&L Gates Corporate Cup box on your registration form.

Swim Squad/Club Prize

A prize will be awarded to the swim squad or swim club with the most number of Port to Pub entries. Make sure to include this information on your registration form in order to help your squad!

Swimmers Under 18 Years

All swimmers under 18 years of age must have parent/guardian approval to participate in Port to Pub. The Under 18 Parent or Guardian Form should be printed, completed (with signature), and returned by email to [email protected] or mail to PO Box 2591, Mt Claremont WA 6010.

Note that these details are not required at the time of registration but must be submitted by the close of registration on 28 February 2025. Until that date, information can be added and amended by accessing your registration on Race Roster. While this info is not required until end February, it is recommended that you submit it as soon as you can.

  • Mailing address
  • Mobile
  • Email
  • Skipper License #

Solo Swimmers

Notes for registering as a Solo swimmer:

Solo swimmers must indicate whether they are participating as a Competitive (unassisted) or Assisted (wetsuit) swimmer. Note that 25km ultramarathon swimmers are not allowed to swim as Assisted swimmers. Additionally, Assisted swimmers are not competing against Unassisted swimmers for prizes and/or records. Assisted swimmers are not eligible for Port to Pub or RCS number plates.

Solo swimmers in both the 19.7km and 25km events must achieve a qualifying 10K open water swim time in order to participate in Port to Pub. Swimmers must provide a link to their 10km qualifying swim on the registration form. This link can be entered at the time of registration OR at any time up to the close of registration on 28 February 2025.

All swimmers should read the 2025 Port to Pub Event Rules thoroughly.

Team Captains

Notes for registering as a Team Captain:

Upon completing registration as the Team Captain, you will be prompted to ‘Add registrant to a team‘ which will create your team name and team code.

Ensure that you tick the box at the bottom that allows the Team Captain to see your registration; otherwise, you will get an error message (this must be done in case the team captain changes at some point in the future).

To complete the registration process, Team Captains are required to enter billing details and pay the team entry fee in full.

Once registration is complete, Team Captains should provide the registration link and code for other swimmers to join your team; team members should complete their own event registration forms (see next section for “Team Swimmers” below).

All swimmers should read the 2025 Port to Pub Event Rules thoroughly.

Note that Team Captains are responsible for ensuring their team entries are completed in full and with correct details. If there is a change to a team (e.g., new swimmer, skipper, boat, etc.), the Team Captain should update team details as soon as possible.

Team Swimmers

Notes for registering as a member of a team:

In the Teams section – tick ‘Add registrant to a team’. Select your team, then enter the code provided by the team captain.

Ensure that you tick the box at the bottom to allow the team captain to see your registration; otherwise, you will get an error message.

All swimmers should read the 2025 Port to Pub Event Rules thoroughly.
