MEET OUR SPONSORS: Jamie Loh Real Estate
There are some people in our community that need no formal introduction. Jamie Loh is unquestionable one of them – and that’s no accident.
For well over two decades, Jamie and his team at Jamie Loh Real Estate have created a new benchmark in the real estate game. A former investment banker, Jamie has focused his business in the Cottesloe and broader Western Suburbs market.
Jamie’s son Tom, also with an impressive and high-calibre background in corporate finance and capital markets, including finance, marketing, transactions and sales, made the monumental shift to become a Partner / Director of Jamie Loh Real Estate in 2015.
Let’s face it, gaining access to this level of solid financial prowess and market intel in the real estate game is virtually unheard of. Just imagine the value add you receive when dealing with them. Why wouldn’t you want them to manage your property portfolio?
Tom – like many of his neighbours and peers – is also a keen open water swimmer and likes to make the most of Perth’s incredible waterways.
Tom made his first Rottnest Channel crossing in 1995 and has swum to the Island almost every year since, completing a solo swim in 2005. He trains with Bill Kirby at Christ Church, while juggling his busy career and young family.
This year, as one of our valued sponsors, Tom will be swimming in the Hotel Rottnest Port to Pub in a team of six with Jack Newall, Alison Lowe, Clare Ashby, Loch McKinnon, and Julian Tresize called Get me to the pub.
We think Tom is a pretty amazing guy – and he’s approachable, so if you want to chat to him about market trends, the current outlook or buying, selling or leasing a property, he’ll be available at the Port to Pub briefing and Hotel Rottnest after the swim.
