How to register

 

  • Registrations will open 14 October 2019 and remain open until 02 March 2020. 
  • Link to registration page on website homepage
  • Early bird, standard and late entry fees will apply.
  • Payment in full is required upon registration.

 

SOLO

  1. Enter as a 'Participant ' (if relevant, you can add in that you're part of a swim squad/club, sports club, organisation etc) 
  2. Choose 19.7km or 25km distance
  3. Enter your boat and skipper details
  4. Order merchandise if you wish
  5. Read and accept the event's Terms & Conditions
  6. Make your payment 

 

DUO TEAMS and TEAMS OF FOUR or SIX

  1. Nominate a team captain. The team captain selects ‘team’ and answer the initial questions
  2. Team captain pays for the entry in full
  3. The team captain adds themselves to the team and accepts the waiver. Then he/she INVITES the rest of team to join – please ensure you enter the correct email addresses for your team mates.
  4. Other team members receive the email from Register Now. They must log in and register themselves, filling in all their details and acknowledge the waiver.
  5. Team captains are responsible for ensuring their team's entry is completed in full. Team captains must ensure all team members have filled out their own details correctly.
  6. Team captains will be sent regular reminders to complete their entry.
  7. If there is a change to your team’s details (new swimmer, skipper etc) please make sure you log in and update your details
  8. All team members can purchase their own merchandise.
  9. Entries strictly close 02 March 2020

GROUP

If you are part of a swim squad, sports club or corporate organisation, your team captain can set up a GROUP. There are prizes for the most number of entries in each of these categories!

 

K&L GATES CORPORATE CUP

Teams of two, four and six are eligible to take part in the K&L Gates Corporate Cup. Just check the box in your registration form to let us know that your team will be part of the Corporate Cup.

 

UNDER 18s

All under 18 swimmers must have parent/guardian approval to participate. Access the parent/guardian form here and return it to us.

Categories

The Port to Pub has the following age group categories for competing duos and teams. Your age group is calculated on the MEAN age of all participants.

Race Terms and Conditions 

As part of the Port to Pub registration process, all participants should thoroughly review the Terms and Conditions of the Port to Pub swim. The team captain will accept the event's Terms & Conditions on behalf of his/her team but all team members must review them.

As noted above, all under 18s must return a signed Parent or Guardian form to be allowed to participate.
